SHIPPING POLICY

We are a small company, so customer service is our number 1 priority, while we can do our best, there are some things that are out of our hands. Once we send a package, we have no control of it, but if something happens to the product, we will send a replacement as soon as we get confirmation from the postal service that something happened. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept returns for up to 30 days, the product has to be undamaged. If the product is shipped damaged, we will replace it. Any other questions, feel free to reach out at superstitionsurfco@gmail.com.
